Birch Creek Farmery | Marketing Campaign

We first met the founders of Birch Creek Farmery at the 44th annual International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) conference in Pittsburgh, PA where they were presenting on "How to Make the Transition from Conventional Animal Products to Sustainable Animal Products" with a panel of other local farmers. The title is long, but the talk was fascinating and we struck up a conversation with Teddi and Chris right away. 

By the end of the conference, Teddi and Chris had invited us out to the farm and we were able to see what they do, meet some of their animals (including day-old piglets) and take some pictures for their online marketing. Chris also made us some of the best pork chops I've ever tasted before we had to catch our flight home.

I hope to work with them again, especially as they expand their in-house processing and butchering services.
